Definition: Goose/Gander Assertion

"A Goose/Gander assertion"

A logical fallacy where you draw a parallel between objects that are not, in fact, equal.  Sometimes called a False Analogy, this assertion leverages the children's rhyme which states "what is good for the goose is good for the gander."
